DUE DILIGENCE

LMS ENERGIA performs legal, technical-planning, economic-financial and forecast checks on the feasibility and profitability expected from an investment project.

Our Due Diligence process includes the analysis of suggested design technologies in relation to the state of the art of the existing plant typologies on the market, corresponding costs and returns, available resources for any specific project, and their costs (if available). It also includes the evaluation of design, construction, management, and plant maintenance costs, features and costs of energy connection and distribution networks related to the plant, and a business plan analysis with an economic evaluation of cash flow and of the profitability of the plants, using indices commonly agreed with the Customer.
